Shipping Policy

1. We process order within 5 working days. Pre-Order items are processed within 21 working days of arrival in stock.

2. Delivery Fee
- Small Items (max. up to 2kg) - RM20 within Klang Valley Area, RM50 out from Klang Valley Area
- Big Items (2kg and above) - start from RM250, according logistic service provider quotation)
- RM300 of Professional Charges (including delivery and installation) is subjected to charge with 1 technician on-site set up for 4 hours per shift. (Applicable within Klang Valley area)

3. On-site orders only ship on business day which are Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm.

4. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box.

5. For bulk order (more than 5 units) or request technician on site, kindly contact 03-2710 1158 for order quotation.
