I have been working with Zeal Automation Sdn Bhd as Customer Support and Operation Junior Manager since 2016. Building up my career with Zeal has taught me how to handle customer complaints in calm and polite ways, to prepare urgent tasks, stay positive and to use my knowledge in meeting customer needs. My aspiration is to continue to perform better in each task given and grow my career by learning new skills with Zeal Automation Sdn Bhd.

I joined Zeal Automation Sdn Bhd in 2012 as an On-site Support Engineer and work my way up to become Assistant Technical Lead. My job responsibility includes IT support, R&D in software development and customer management. This multi-facet roles have help me to develop my skills and knowledge not just in technical perspective but also communication with people. Zeal has a good working environment and moving forward in adapting to global technologies changes.
