Apart from retail and F&B software, Zeal Systems is also specialized in PDA software providing inventory monitoring for warehousing and retail outlets, and last but no least the KIOSK solutions for up and running promotions and advertising campaign.

myZSM Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of Zeal Systems (M) Sdn Bhd Incorporated on 17th December 2009, under the supervision of Mdm. Annie Pang, who is also the founder of Zeal Systems. Together with a team of highly skilled and experienced technical staff, myZSM existed solely for the purpose of fulfilling post sales customer service and upholding the distinctive service level of its support personnel.

In myZSM, we believe that it takes more than technical knowledge to properly escalating customer service requests in order to be competitive, that’s why we pride ourselves with our support personnel service level integrity and passion. When we receive a call, our SCC personnel will identify whether it is a repeating issue on the same machine occurring over a short period of time, we take the initiative to trace all relevant reports and alert our 1st level team to standby onsite for monitoring purpose even after the call has been closed.
